Rewards Policy

What points are

Points are a promotional loyalty currency. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and do not represent a share of any revenue.

How points are earned

Points are awarded for reaching step milestones, bonus boxes, healthy habits, challenges and qualifying referrals. Values, milestones and limits are published in the app and may change.

Limits and budget

There is a per-user daily points limit and a program-wide daily budget set by the operator. When the budget is exhausted, earning may pause until it is replenished. The app remains usable while rewards are paused.

Random rewards

Each step milestone and bonus box awards a random number of points within the published range, decided by our server when you claim. Claiming requires an internet connection. Points obtained through tampering, automation, emulators, multiple accounts or other abuse may be withheld or reversed.

Redemption

Points can be exchanged for digital gift cards (currently India only). The points price of each card is shown in the app (for example 9,000 points for a ₹10 card); larger cards give more value per point, and each brand has its own minimum amount. Your points are reserved when you request a card. Every request is reviewed by hand, and the gift code is sent to the email you give, usually within 3 working days. A request may be declined, in which case the points are returned; you can cancel it while it is still requested.

Redemption limits

You can request rewards once your account is 14 days old. You can have one request in progress at a time and receive one reward every 7 days.

Ad-unlocked rewards

Habit rounds and bonus boxes are unlocked by watching a rewarded ad to the end. If no ad is available, try again later; the reward stays waiting for you that day.

No guaranteed earnings

Walking does not generate a fixed cash amount. We may change, suspend or end the program with notice in the app; available points will be honoured for a reasonable period as described in the Terms.
